Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this agreement, including all supplemental policies incorporated by reference.

Eligibility

Access to the gt188 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. gt188 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age. gt188 enforces a strict 21+ policy consistent with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market. Any individual found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any funds returned to the payment source used for deposit, minus any bonuses credited.
• Residency. You must be a current resident of Indonesia or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal recreational use. gt188 primarily serves and targets Indonesian players and has structured its platform, payment methods, and support services accordingly.
• Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal order, judgment, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement or engaging in online gaming activities.
• Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the gt188 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Non-Exclusion. You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion instruction in relation to the gt188 platform or any affiliated gaming network.
• Restricted Jurisdictions. Residents and citizens of the following categories are not eligible to register or maintain an account on gt188: jurisdictions where online gaming is criminalized at the individual player level; jurisdictions subject to international financial sanctions; and any jurisdiction specifically listed in the gt188 Restricted Jurisdictions policy as updated from time to time.

Account Registration

To access the full suite of gt188 products — including live casino tables, the sportsbook, slot games, and the poker tournament schedule — you must complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge and typically takes under two minutes.

• Registration Information. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and your preferred Indonesian payment method details (bank account or e-wallet). You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.
• Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during and after registration is true, accurate, and not misleading. gt188 reserves the right to close any account and void any pending transactions where registration information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
• Account Verification (KYC). gt188 may require identity verification at any point. Verification documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of residential address (a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Indonesian address), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
• Username and Password. Upon registration, you will establish login credentials. Your username and password are personal, confidential, and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials. gt188 staff will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances.
• Account Approval. gt188 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account Security

Maintaining the security of your gt188 account is a shared responsibility. gt188 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all platform sessions and operates advanced fraud detection and login-monitoring systems. You are equally responsible for protecting access to your account on your devices and through your own conduct.

• Secure Password Practices. Use a strong, unique password for your gt188 account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms. Change your password immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). gt188 offers 2FA for all Member accounts. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA via your account security settings. gt188 is not liable for unauthorized access where 2FA was available but not enabled.
• Unauthorized Access. If you become aware of, or suspect, unauthorized access to your account, you must notify gt188 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. gt188 will take prompt action to secure the affected account pending investigation.
• Device and Session Security. You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized person — including minors — gains access to the gt188 platform via your device. Always log out of your session after use, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Liability for Unauthorized Transactions. gt188 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials or where you have knowingly shared your credentials with a third party.

What gt188 Guarantees to Members

These Terms & Conditions are not solely a list of obligations placed on Members. gt188 makes the following binding commitments to every registered player on the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gt188 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gt188 integrates directly with Indonesia's leading banking and e-wallet infrastructure to provide fast, fee-free transactions for all verified Members.

• Accepted Deposit Methods. gt188 accepts deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts: Rp 10.000 for e-wallets; Rp 25.000 for local bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposit Processing Times. E-wallet deposits are credited to your gt188 wallet within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Local bank transfers are typically credited within 5 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Transfers initiated outside banking hours may take up to 30 minutes. gt188 is not responsible for delays attributable to the sending bank or e-wallet provider.
• Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available exclusively to Members who have completed gt188's KYC verification process and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests will be declined where any of the following conditions apply: active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; the account is under investigation for fraud or suspicious activity; the withdrawal account details do not match the verified identity on file.
• Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 WIB business hours for verified accounts. Diamond and Elite VIP tier members receive expedited processing within 30 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals are credited faster than bank transfers due to settlement architecture differences.
• Withdrawal Fees. gt188 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Members are responsible for any fees levied by their bank or e-wallet provider on the receiving end, which are outside gt188's control.
• Currency. All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. gt188 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Deposits from non-IDR payment instruments are not accepted.
• Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your gt188 account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment instrument used. gt188 may request proof of source of funds as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.
• Failed and Returned Transactions. In the event that a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails, the funds will be returned to the originating payment instrument within 3–5 WIB business days. Contact support at [email protected] if you do not receive a returned transaction within this period.

Bonuses & Promotions

gt188 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions at the time they are offered.

• Opt-In Requirement. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are not automatically credited. Members must actively opt in to a promotion via the relevant page in their gt188 account dashboard before the promotional deposit or qualifying action is completed. Retroactive bonus claims will not be processed.
• Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated at the point of opt-in. The standard welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Game Contribution Rates. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino and sportsbook bets typically contribute 10–15%; slot games typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution tables are published on the Promotions page and may be updated from time to time. Wagers placed on games with 0% contribution do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While active wagering requirements remain outstanding on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per transaction is Rp 200.000, unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically. gt188 is not obligated to notify Members of approaching bonus expiry dates, though it may choose to do so.
• One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring. Attempting to claim a single-use promotion multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Abuse and Collusion. gt188 actively monitors for bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where such activity is identified, gt188 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the gt188 platform. Product-specific rules — for the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and poker tournaments — are published in the relevant product section of the gt188 platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by gt188. A wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the gt188 system and a confirmation reference has been issued to the Member's account. Bets placed during technical failures or connectivity issues may be voided at gt188's discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per market, and per account. Limits are displayed at the point of wagering. gt188 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where warranted by risk management considerations.
• Erroneous Odds or Payouts. In the event that manifestly incorrect odds, paylines, or payout values are published as a result of a technical error, human error, or third-party data feed failure, gt188 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous value and to return the staked amount to the Member's account balance.
• Sportsbook Integrity. gt188 cooperates with sports governing bodies and integrity monitoring organizations to identify suspicious betting patterns. Bets placed on markets affected by confirmed match-fixing, manipulation, or integrity violations may be voided regardless of the outcome.
• Results Finality. Once a game round, spin, or sporting event has concluded and the result has been settled in the gt188 system, the outcome is final. Settlement disputes must be raised with customer support within 7 days of the event date.
• Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, gt188's system logs constitute the definitive record of play. The game provider's adjudication process will apply to disputed outcomes from third-party game studios. Malfunction voids all pays and play where a definitive result cannot be confirmed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gt188 platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the gt188 platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the gt188 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting any identified software bug, glitch, error, or vulnerability in the gt188 platform for financial gain. Responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities to [email protected] is welcomed and rewarded; exploitation is not.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game format.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymizing technology to circumvent geo-restrictions, account suspensions, or any other access controls implemented by gt188.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gt188 support staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider while retaining any winnings or services derived from the original deposit (chargeback fraud).
• Sharing account credentials with third parties, allowing third parties to play on your behalf, or operating a syndicated betting account.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt188's liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement, the platform, or any gaming or betting activity shall be limited as set out below.

• No Liability for Losses Arising from Gambling. gt188 provides a platform for entertainment-based wagering. gt188 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. All wagers are placed at the Member's own risk and free volition.
• Service Availability. While gt188 targets 99.9% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. gt188 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Third-Party Services. gt188 is not liable for the conduct, performance, or availability of third-party game studios, payment processors, or network providers whose services are integrated into the platform. Any disputes with third-party game providers will be directed to the provider's dispute resolution process.
• Force Majeure. gt188 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure results from a Force Majeure event as defined in Section 1.
• Indirect and Consequential Losses. In no event shall gt188 be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the gt188 platform.
• Maximum Aggregate Liability. Where liability is established and not excluded by the foregoing provisions, gt188's maximum aggregate liability to any single Member in respect of all claims arising from a given calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the gt188 platform during that calendar month.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the gt188 platform — including but not limited to its software, design, branding, trade names, logos, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to gt188. By using the platform, you do not acquire any intellectual property rights other than the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes under this Agreement.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the gt188 platform without prior written authorization from gt188.
• The "gt188" name, logo, and associated brand marks are protected trade marks. Unauthorized use of gt188 trade marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.
• Game content hosted on the gt188 platform — including game engines, artwork, sound design, and paytable logic — is the intellectual property of the respective game studio (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) and is protected accordingly.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas submitted by Members to gt188 may be used by gt188 freely and without compensation or attribution obligation.

Responsible Gaming

gt188 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Members. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. gt188 provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools and encourages all Members to use them proactively.

• Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases, to protect Members from impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Limits. Members may configure maximum session durations, after which the platform will automatically log out the Member and display a session summary showing time spent and net wagering result.
• Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks. Members may enable periodic on-screen reminders at intervals of their choosing (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) to maintain awareness of time and money spent during gaming sessions.
• Underage Protection. If you share a device with minors, we strongly recommend activating parental control software on your device in addition to always logging out of your gt188 account after each session.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Member's gt188 account, subject to the conditions set out below.

• Voluntary Closure by Member. A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting gt188 support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, gt188 will process any pending withdrawal of the verified real-money balance within the standard withdrawal timeframe before closing the account. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of closure are forfeited.
• Closure by gt188 — For Cause. gt188 may immediately suspend or permanently close a Member's account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: any breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; provision of false KYC documentation; chargebacks initiated against gt188; or any conduct that gt188 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.
• Closure by gt188 — Without Cause. gt188 reserves the right to close any account without cause upon 30 days' written notice to the Member's registered email address, provided that all verified real-money balances are returned to the Member's nominated payment method within that notice period.
• Effect of Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to the Member under this Agreement cease immediately. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the termination date, including any outstanding KYC or withdrawal obligations.
• Post-Closure Balance Return. Where an account is closed by gt188 without cause, the Member's verified real-money balance will be returned to the payment method on file. Where an account is closed for cause (breach, fraud, etc.), gt188 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and potential forfeiture in accordance with applicable law.

Governing Law

This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which gt188 is licensed and regulated internationally. gt188 operates under an international gaming license and is committed to compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and responsible gaming regulatory requirements.

• Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Member and gt188, the Member should first contact gt188 customer support and allow the internal dispute resolution process to proceed. gt188 commits to providing a written response to formal dispute submissions within 10 WIB business days.
• Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through gt188's internal process, the Member may escalate to the applicable independent dispute resolution body designated by gt188's licensing authority. Details of the escalation body are available on request from gt188 support.
• Language of Proceedings. All formal dispute correspondence and proceedings shall be conducted in English. gt188 may, as a courtesy, provide Indonesian-language summaries of its formal responses, but the English text shall be the authoritative version in all cases.
• Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between gt188 and the Member with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Amendments

gt188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice displayed on the gt188 platform and, where feasible, via email to the Member's registered email address.

• Notice Period. Material amendments will be announced with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the new terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory instruction, or to address an urgent security or integrity concern.
• Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the gt188 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
• Version History. gt188 maintains a version history of this Agreement. Members may request access to previous versions by contacting [email protected]. The current version number and effective date are displayed in the hero section of this page.
